focused on delivering value for all stakeholders.
From inception we will integrate the development of community-backed support operations to develop long term community events which will both drive new customers to our market but also create a community within the marketplace.
Simply put, we will do well for our neighbors while doing good for the market; this is our definition of a sound business model in line with the golden rule.
Lucky's Farmers Market will also bring new jobs to the communities we serve by hiring a minimum of 65 full time positions or the equivalent through job sharing as our starting team.
Market Fundraising Friday Fest
Every other month we will host a Friday tasting and shopping festival highlighting our local vendors, the delicious food throughout the market, and a local children’s charity to help raise awareness of their community efforts. We will donate 10% of our sales during the event along with the sponsorship of a silent auction to support their fundraising efforts.
Public School Support Program
Work together with the Public School Support Program making it possible for K-12 schools to come to the market for education, fundraising support as well as providing food donations to help feed families in need.
Company Team Members Sponsorship Program
Our company team members sponsorship program makes it possible for our full time employees to donate up to 35 hours per year of charity work within the local community. This can be on a direct basis or through a mentoring and internship program to help create long term support in the communities we serve.
Second Chance Education Support
Work with the community on their second chance education programs by providing educational opportunities and work programs providing the right kinds of jobs adding value into the community.
